I’ve heard the slogan from one who considered becoming a vegetarian for one reason or another. Or perhaps an animal lover turned vegetarian for another. But we, the multitude of us who follow the vegetarian way, don’t consider what we eat. Indeed, what we eat is more than just food. Yes, people who follow the vegetarian way are a select group for whom vegetarianism is not just a deeply held lifestyle choice, it’s a principle. Today, education is the key to understanding and subsequently joining the organic food bandwagon.
