Speed Trainingyellow guarded secrets?
So what are the secrets of being an extremely fast runner? First, I don’t pretend to be an authority on speed. I’m sure you could go crazy and invent some stupid thing that would make you extremely fast. This is not to say that I don’t have my own opinions and ideas. This just serves to illustrate my thoughts on the state of the art in speed. สล็อตเว็บตรง

Okay, first things first. Don’t get in your car at 4:45 a.m. on a Friday night in the summer unless you want to get a traffic ticket. How about that for an example? How many news articles and tests maybe you have to submit for a story? Anyway, get to bed and get some sleep. Get your mind cleaned up and try not to think about the swirl of smoke filling the cabin if you’ve gone out to do some housework or something.

Now, if you are going to run at night, get to the nearest hill and start running. You may find out it is the end of the day and the sun is setting as you pass down that long familiar road, regretting not getting a few more hours sleep. However, if you are fast enough to realize this (a few extra hours wouldn’t hurt), you’ll notice you tend to run slower in the dark. Maybe it’s a psychological aspect. I don’t know. But it seems like there is an advantage. Speed Training

Therefore, there must be some physical component. The question is how do we go about increasing our speed? Speed Training

Well, we use something called a track. A track is a track that has mostly gone down, very little between the walls and hardly any vegetation at all. Think of it as a huge rubber stuck layer that the runners slide on. The track measures about 400 meters by 200 meters. Speed Training

Running on a track is very important. To run fast, you need to:

But there is more. You need to run efficiently. In other words, there needs to be some amount of gravity pulling you forward and you need to be able to focus on running by using the core muscles of the body. Speed Training

First of all, try to get hold of a sample race. Your sample race should be done on a track or a road with a lap length that is suitable for your speed. This is similar to your race on high school football skill level. Keep track of your time, and eventually try to beat that time and your best time set by a minutes or two. You see, a step is only as good as a step, the next time, it will be different. And eventually you will be able to run your best time around the track. The track may not be the same length, but the idea is the same.

Secondly, start paying attention to the number of turns being implemented into the race. The more the better, as it is like turning on the dime. In other words, the bigger the turn, the less impact the feet have on the ground. Thus, the better your time, the more efficient your running style will be. Speed Training

Agility is also important. Take note of the line in the middle of the track. Many runners make an approach to come straight down the centerline, and I 169 prove that to be a larger turn, providing more impetus to your run. Speed Training

porous out your arms. You cannot really swing a barn-doors like a clobber, but what you can do is dribble the finish line, allowing the finish line to come to you.

Speed is key for both the acceleration and the time spent on the track. Thus, the more you do the actual workout, the better, because if the feeling is, “I want to go faster,” you will be able to increase your speed naturally as a result.
