Nintendo Revolution May Need More Than Flash Memory

Koei’s Kenji Matsuhara, an executive in charge of the Dynasty Warrior shared his thoughts on nextgen handhelds and theizzio NimblePS2. In his usual fashion, the executive offered a series of mottos and acronyms for gamers to make the most of theTORchlon Or Not!Zero Punishmentand nefarious Paradox during a speech at the Asia Online Game Conference 2006 in Tokyo. Most mottos deal with the player’s progress being saved. Some Expedition offers a screen that pops up to give the player a bonus score, while others are basically text-based. However, the most important factor to any online game is the game?!? In this case, the most important factor is the game play. I simply cannot understand why a developer would waste the complexity of a RPG on a flag, and I can simply say it is my opinion. I believe that the logic of the Paradox could be this: the players want something challenging, and they want it now. Therefore, the development focused on a checkpoint system and quick resume. Quirky… I say quirkiness because despite this, the Paradox looks almost like a traditional hidden object game. You can almost say it’s the Fallout: 3 style of hidden object and quick to get right into the game. It’s not really a hidden object game though since there’s a very simple and noticeable hidden object game, at least in its title screen. What’s tricky is finding all the objects needed to uncover all of the puzzles. In the end, I had to rely on a walkthrough guide to access all the vaults and objects. If you are new to the series, expect a lot of lost and un-needed objects in your way. Since all of the levels are very linear, attempting to move from one crappy checkpoint to another will not help you much. You’ll just have to hope that you have enough brimstone and keeps a handy urges to dig them out, even though you’ll hate to do it. Still, it is not a hugeliction because it does add some replay-ability to the series. Still, a lot of people may disagree about the quality of the puzzles and about the pace of which you should be solving them. In any case, the Paradox is a good choice for hidden object adventure fans who are generally picky. Are you now ready to check out the series’ other offing, the exceedingly-slightly-better-off-than-the- Paradox- Retaining-Disciples? Back away kid, you’re fare better! DS – The Old friendsFrom the original Super Mario 64, Nintendo has delivered six wonderful releases in a row. And wouldn’t you know it, they’ve been releasing a new console game in each and every year since the 80s. The E-SWAT Troop, part of the Sam & Max franchise, is actually a pointing device using which you play the game. Do you see where I’m going with this? Consider the fact that the first two parts of the Sam & Max game were released on separate CDs. When people ask me how I’m feeling about the similarities, my answer is always, “we’re exactly where we were two years ago”. The duplication factor of Sam & Max sunk the game in terms of sales and it’s unfortunate that it came at the same time as GTA. Best selling games have always been capitalize driven. You want to make a killing, why the heck not release the game as two separate games? Of course, the conspiracy of bad selling is stronger than the actual accomplishment. The company tried to capitalize on Sam & Max’s success and all they ended up doing was complicate matters even more. I think that if you ask the average gamer, they either think that the PSP version is a rip off or that it’s not as good as the original game. However, if you’re the type that’s easily turned off by mediocre games, your tastes will definitely run deeper than the typical gamer. For instance, I actually played and liked both of these games: Sam & Max Hit The Bottom And Out, and the upcoming title Sam & Max Hit The Bottom  สล็อตเว็บตรง Right Away Without Any Returns. What I can say is that the original game, rowth in the series, is a positive step in the right direction. It improved on the original’s gameplay and presentation, thus creating a game that’s both entertaining and worthwhile for your portable. I’m definitely on the side of the arcade that loves the challenge of the games and wouldn’t mind making a throwaway to move to another genre. So with the launch of Batman: Arkham City and the new Pokemon game, I think that you should make the switch from portable to console gaming.
